Common billing questions
- Is there an annual discount?
- Yes — annual billing saves 17 percent on Pro and Team. That is two months free each year.
- Can I switch plans anytime?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- What counts as a project?
- A project is a named collection of ChainSolve canvases. Team and Enterprise plans share projects across members; Pro is per-seat.
- How does the AI block quota work?
- AI blocks invoke Workers AI (embedded LLMs and small models). Each block run consumes one request. The Pro allowance of 100 per day resets nightly UTC; Team gets 500, Enterprise unlimited.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes — 14-day no-questions refund on the first month of any paid plan.
